Budget wheel set, which is better?

I have the first set of wheels already, but are the second set better? Looking for something a little lighter and a bit better quality

Probably the second pair. Better hubs. The first has little info about the rims and spokes. It won't weigh 3.5kg though!

What hubs are on the shimano wheels...deore ?

Your right about the second set, they don't weigh 3.5kg, they are 2.4kg
