    People have been doing things like this for ages and theres no law against it.

    Hence how all over the world Gmail users have a Gmail address ( joebloggs@gmail.com) but in UK its a Google Mail address (joebloggs@googlemail.co.uk) When Gmail kicked off some fella thought he would nab Gmail.co.uk for himself and then try to sell it to Google for some stupid price.....Google promptly said no and changed the UK service to googlemail.
