Kenda Nevegal vs Excavator?

Oh aye, they'd never be going on my Morewood, but now that I've tried them I might partake in the 2.1's in the DTC flavours.0

Thanks for the input re pressures and really interesting. Kenda have a minimum of 30 printed on the tyres. I reckoned about 35 psi but a mate says to drop as low as 28 for trail centres.

Hmmm, you're getting into pinch puncture territory down there. Why don't you try 35 and see how you feel?
If you're thinking of heading into the twenties then you're going to have to think about converting to tubeless.
As an aside, it pays to get a decent pressure gauge. When I pump my tyres to 30psi using the gauge on my track pump, my tyres actually read over 40psi on my mate's digital pressure gauge.
Worth thinking about.0 -
Depends on your weight and riding style, and what you're riding and riding on too. I ran mine at 30psi quite a lot with my lightweight tubes and only ever had a single pinch, but ymmv.Uncompromising extremist0
