Girlie Bike

Now I'm well and truly bitten by the MTB bug our lass wants to get involved too which means I'll be looking for a women's bike.
I dont want to spend loads at this stage because it could be just a fad for her (like yoga  ) so does anyone have any suggestions?

The blokes version has had good things said about it on here, but the ladies model is slightly different spec.
Anyone got an opinion on the womens one? Supersonic?
Hopefully it will see her right as an intro to mountain biking.

Budget max £350 - she might pack it in after 6 months!
Hardtail
I'd like to be able to get her on the trails at Dalby so enough bike to be able to handle that
Definitely.
Re the vulcan - she saw it last night and said "hmmm, yeah it's okay but I want a red one"
^ they do a girlie pastel blue 08. But I'd ask, as it's doubtful Halfords are going to be that unaware that people want colour choice.
