Will depend on your employer, should be in your contract.

For once as the gaffer is off on his hols we have the bank holiday off

Oh small companies do run their staff into the ground, having worked for 6 small companies in the last 15 years I know this fact only too well...

I have been working for international companies until the past few months, and this is one of the only bank holidays I have had off...

Wish my mobile phone alarm recognised bank holidays. Went off at 6am thinking it was a workday :oops: Though I did consider getting up that early last night to go up the museum.
