New tubeless rims - what tape & valve do I need?

having spent £285 on new wheels, slightly miffed they dont come the right tape (hope hub with Stan's rims, hope have included some cloth tape and spare spokes).
can someone point me to an appropriate product? Just had a quick look at wiggle, most of their products seem to be aimed at conversion.
I suppose this would do?

If you want to use a non UST tyre then yes you need that, if you use a UST tyre you just need the tape >
