You will also need a bottom bracket and one of these to fit the rings to: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=17730Intense Socom

yes you will need a spider to take the rings and bash.
what is your BB width?
if a 68mm then no probs but if a 73mm then the axle may be too short."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

em not sure at mo as frame is in the box as im just in moddle of a move its a freeride bike im guessing its its a 68mm BB from one i took out. So the answer is YES i can fit 2 rings and a bash.
They any good them Gusset arms are they strong and light or sould i look at some thing else as they look more like street / bmx style crank arms.I don't have a bike addiction problem.....bikes seems to have a problem with me.....it just can't seem to stay on.

if i was going for 3 piece i would look at the Pigmys 853.
the EXP are not light."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
