in the position to afford one of these be it secondhand of ebay . anyone got one ? some amazing low mile bargains out there ! would be the later carbon model

    think a few of them are bought by fat rich posers who go out on them twice and find it's hard work

    so if you can find one, get one

    I've just got a plain old roubaix, and it's fantastic- can only dream of what an s-works is like

    Fancied one of these myself when I was looking for a new ride.Lovely piece of kit . Specialized were knocking them out at £3.5k a bit back so seconhand bargains to be had if you find one.

    Happy hunting I'm sure you'll not be disapointed.

    I have a 2008 S works tarmac, love it. Seat takes some getting used too as it's a bit harsh but other than that no complaints. Only thing changed so far are the tyres, stuck some Pro3's on instead of the Mondo's as the rubber was coming away from the casing on the front and made a horrible clicking sound, took me a couple of rides to find out it was that after looking at everything else!!

    If you can get one then I would reccomend you do it
