Any tips routing cables when installing new brakes??

HammerTime!!

I no putting new cables on isn't difficult, but im upgrading from V to disc brakes and need to route the disc cables using my current frame guides. Only this doesn't work, is there any special adaptors you can get or do i have to resort to cable ties?
