Has anyone heard of them as I want to use them on a price match on a bike at Evans but I know they won't price match if they've never heard of the store.

edit: I Take it I'll still be able to price match on a cycle scheme as well?

  • Why not buy from Westbrook? I can recommend them, especially their after-sales service.

They do cycle to work cos I was gunna use them.

    ISit the one in stokesley.
  • I went to Westbrooks, which is in Stokesley, last night (late night opening) for the first time. They were really helpful and took a lot of time finding out exactly what I needed and then phoned me back today to tell me when the bike I was interested in would be available for me to try. They do Cyclescheme and stock a good range of brands.

another question while I'm here. I've read the price match policy twice and thrice over on the evans website and I've seen nothing about it not including items on sale in other shops.

Has anyone experienced any problems getting them to price match items on sale in other shops?

I know it's not the same but Evans price matched a chainset that was on sale elsewhere for me - I cannot see that it is a problem as it means they get a sale and some profit rather than none.

Saying that, I'm not sure how they'll be with a cyclescheme purchase on a sale bike - they have to pay cyclescheme money out of their profit which may not make it worth it for them...

    Best of luck!
