Peeling Decals

Buried this in request in a previous post but in the interest of getting it on peoples (bike) radar....
My pre-loved new arrival road bike has some peeling decals. Ok so Shogun isnt a desirbale brand but I'd like to stick the peeling corners down of the decals so they dont get worse.
Is there any DIY store products I can use to do this. Is something called Clearcoat used for these kind of jobs?
