Marzocchi xc600 problem

I have a pair of 08 Marzocchi bombers, the xc600 model. The problem with my forks is that, even when going over very large drops, and rocks, the last 40mm or so of travel remains unused. I have tried increasing the sag, but this did nothing to help, Any ideas?

    no you should be able to get full travel over drops and stuff, but i never can

    have it looked at. could be something as simple as too much oil or could be something else.
