I just recently go a new tt bike. I'm not sure how to fit the handle bar tape under the gear levers and brake levers to make it look neater. Is there a way of doing this or do I have to take it to a LBS.

type bar tape in google then hit the video tab, lots of useful stuff there
No matter where you are, that's where you've been

Use lots of electrical tape wrapped around the end bits of tape to keep it down.

The gear and brake levers can be removed from the ends of the bars, tape from that end outwards, with the tails tucked into the bars, then replace the levers into the bars, electrical tape on the other ends of the bartape

There are a few guides on YouTube that are easier to follow than trying to describe it in words. Try this: 8)
