They are a nice price (I think you only get one) and not too bothered that they are not fully waterproof. (I normally pack into Dry Bags beforehand)
So has anyone used these or know if anyone else has had experience with them.
I know Deuter are a good make. I have several rucksacks made by them.
Any other advice on buying panniers and racks much appreciated.
