General maintenance- After riding should I apply any grease to the exposed area of shox and forx, what type?
Is it a simple case of soap and water, then dry off?

tks

Teflon lube for me. Apply, rub it round the seal with your finger, and then pump the shock a few times - this brings out a fair bit of dirt from the seals. Wipe clean and repeat if necessary.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.
