Is silicone grease spray a good lube??

Hello!!

Just wondering if silicon grease spray is any good for lubing the drive and mechs on my bike?? Any tips or ideas on the best product for this would be welcome.
I have nipples, can you milk me....?

    no - far too thick and will cover your transmission in a sticky mess which will attract dirt, grit and passing insects.

    Plenty of recommendations (and arguments) for chain lube on here if you do a search....
