Can i walk normally in these shoes or waddle please ?

Basically i still want to be able to walk normally. I hear that some shoes you cannot walk in ???

These are for road clipless systems. You need a pair of SPD shoes with the recessed cleat. The cleat isn't totally recessed as it potrudes from the sole by less than 1mm but you can walk in them a lot easier than the ducklike waddle that those with roadie clipess systems.
