Ultratorque Crankset set up.
Help!
Just purchased a Record 10 UT chainset. Unfortunatly, there was instructions in every other language bar English. Between the French and Spanish I just about worked it out but not quite.
There is a semi circular steel pin which slots into two holes on the overboard cup. Do you torque the chainset up with this in place and then remove it or does it not matter?

You should find some installation videos on YouTube too - it is important that you torque / Loctite the cups into the frame too. UT cranks are susceptible to damage - worn bearings if not installed correctlyMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
