Identifying front mech

Top swing/conventional swing?

Need new front mech for Kona Caldera but can someone help me work out what i need, pls

Measure the seat tube diameter - and identify the cable routing. That will answer the 1st and 3rd questions. Top swing for number 2, though both will probably fit.
