When my forks are set to 100mm travel, they bottom out very easily and do not rebound quickly. If i set them to 140mm they are better and dont bottom out, should i be putting more air in them? if so, how do i do it? I have never owned Fox forks before, only Rock Shox, so am a bit in the dark!
I just so happened to have the bike booked in for a proper fork service this thursday but am off to Wales riding this weekend so need a tempf fix!

have you read the manual?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
