Swapping FSA and a 105 BB / Crank between bikes

Hi - I want to swap bottom brackets / cranks between two bikes. One of them is an FSA set and only seems to need an allen key set, but the other is a shimano 105 set and requires an adaptor or special tool of some sort. Can anyone tell me if this tool kit contains all I need to do the job? The 105 set is about 2 or 3 years old...
