ctc or british cycling??

Thinking I should probably join one of these organisations for all that they offer. Would appreciate any views comments etc on which is best value/most useful or whatever

    Depends on what you want to do. If you want to race, BC, Sportives either, touring CTC.

    Join one though if only for the insurance aspect.

    I joined BC for Racing - that was Silver and a Race licence - the Silver itself incorporates 3rd party insurance - Gold gets you Personal and 3rd party from what I remember. Not sure how it compares to other orgs.

    Thanks for reply. Like idea of 3rd party though not sure of racing just yet! need to get back on my bike first

    If you are not planning to race then the Everyday Cycling membership from BC is worth looking at. The link below shows what you get. £24 for the year.
