After searching for months to replace my Marzocchi MZ comp on my Marin ive found these:

Few questions:
Ive heard that marzocchis are really sucking lately, so im a bit wary.
It says "- QR 15 " in the product name, what is this?
I dont know what my disc brake mounts are, my bike is a 2007 model (so im assuming the forks are too).
How much better will they be? (The things I dont like about my forks is that they dont feel very stuff, they compress quite alot when going on road, and when on a trail it just doesnt seem to handle well).
Thanks.

There have been a lot of poor reviews lately.
The QR15 is a 15mm thru axle that needs a specific hub. It won't fit QR forks. it is available for QR though. It is quite a heavy fork at 2.3kg, but would perform a lot better than your undamped MZ,
However I would get an RS Tora at that price.0 -
I have the 100mm version of these on my bike. I quite like them, although I've not ridden anything to really test them out fully, they're responsive enough for the weight I tend to put into them to bounce up hills. They're good for a guy of my size too.Start Weight 18st 13lbs March 2009
17st 10lbs August 2009
17st 4lbs October 2009
15st 12lbs December 2010
Final planned weight 12st 7lbs0 -

Nope, you'd be ok with the normal Quick Release ones if you can get hold of a pair of it. The QR15 hubs are designed to be stiffer & stronger as far as I'm aware, but you don't NEED one per se, as sonic says, you'd be able to find them in normal QR axles.Start Weight 18st 13lbs March 2009

Sorry I am still confused about what I need to buy, I dont know much to do with hubs/axels/wheels ect.
I have found some reviews http://www.mtbr.com/cat/suspension/2009 ... 13crx.aspx looks to be the same fork.
Do you know when the 2010 models come out? Will all the prices of 09 forks go down? (If there are any).
The cheapest tora I can find now is a 302 for around £150 which is going out of my price range.0 -
You must have a quick release 9mm axle as that is what the MZ Comp takes. What Marin is it?
So you need a fork with quick release dropouts, and not QR15 bolt thru, like this:

Normal QR dropouts, not QR15.

A bit more travel wouldn't go amiss:
