Changing brake cables - Sora levers

Hi all, hope somebody can help - I have shimano sora slr levers, and want to change my brake cables. How do I get the old cables out of the levers, and also how do I get the new cables in? :?:
Do I have to disassemble the levers?

    If you mean just the inners then undo the bolt at the brake calliper or cut the cable. Shift the gear lever into 1st gear and hold the STI leverto the side and pull the brake lever to the bars and the cable mount on the lever will be revealed. Thread the new inner cable through the mount and into the outer that is on the bars and adjust the cable.
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
