Hi guys. My 2nd posting about wearing a hemet (or not) certainly created a huge reponse..9 pages and counting!
Anyway, having read all the posts, I made a decision, which I think I knew I would anyway, which is to buy one as soon as possible.
I visited a couple of lbs yesterday and tried on a couple as advised to. My head isn't as big as I thought (a medium not a large). The Giro range (tried a couple of different models) felt more comfortable than the Bell and Specialized.
I would have bought one from the shop but they said they couldn't get my preffered choice as it was out of stock and now discontinued...shame as they were really helpful.
My wife gave me the green light to spend a few more £'s on getting what I wanted, as she knows if it's not right I won't wear it.
Anyway, long story short this one should be arriving tomorrow from Wiggle, £119 seems a great price...oh and it's the Astana colur scheme which should match my Bianchi really well
and more importantly look after my head when needed.

As I said, thanks for everyones input...
Cheers,
Steve.
