Opinons on a Ridley Pave

Hi,
I'm just about to buy a ridley pave and was wondering if any of you guys would recommend it.
I'm nearing 40 and want a bike to get myself back into road cycling.
It's a straight choice between the ridley or a trek 1.5.
The Ridley has a better front deraillier and gear shifters (tiagra over sora) but I like the look of the Trek. And I currently have a Trek 7.2FX and love it.
I would much appreciate anybodies opinion before I splash the cash tomorrow
cheers

Tiagra is worth paying for over sora IMO
which one fits best and if they both fit well - which excites you the most!
go for that one!0 -
Thanks for the post.
Thats the problem the Ridley is the better bike (both fit me perfect) but the Trek is the one which excites me. Don't know why perhaps its the lurid green.0 -
Forgot to mention that the Ridley is probably the cheapest option. Or at worst the same cost.0
