17" Cove Hummer frame measurements needed

Hi, Anybody with a 17" Hummer, what is the horizontal top tube measurement as the website states ( I think) the slanted top tube measurement.

    Top tube horizontal is 22.5" / 571
    Top tube actual is 21.45" / 545
    As stated in the 2009 specs pdf off the website
