Inner tube sizes

I have just bought some Dr. Sludge inner tubes to give them a try but having double checked the size they are 26 x 1.75-2.125 and my tyres are 26 x 2.25.

It only seems a small difference between the 2.125 and 2.25 but will it make much difference when they are fitted?
