Answered my question within an hour of asking. Good prices and I bought an item from them yesterday afternoon and it arrived in the post first thing this morning. I wish it was always this quick and easy to get things done!

Thats superstar components. TiBolts are just one of their products. Although their ti bolts are rubbish, and the heads are made of cheese.

Cant say anything about the actual tibolts but the headset spacers and disc pads I have had from them are fine and good value. Cant fault their service.

Oh yeah, I use their disc brake pads as well. Work perfectly for 1/4 of the price of the ones in LBS.

I don't think the heads are any weaker than the tastynuts, HRC and yoyodyneti bolts I'ev used, but their machining's inferior- the sockets aren't as well toleranced, I've heard of some that aren't machined to full depth so the tool doesn't have as much bolt to grip, and some of mine are quite slack. That's not a problem as long as you're careful and use good tools, but they'll be more likely to slip a tool (and titanium tears up easily if you do that). Round headed allen keys, or even cheap or slighly undersized square-end allen keys, won't mix well with them. But with decent stuff, my Teng or Draper Expert, and a slightly careful hand they're fine. The threads etc seem good, titanium in softer metals can be instant death if the threads are poorly finished or out of spec but they've done fine for me. So not all good news but not terrible.

As near as I can tell, the strength and shear resistance is the same as my expensive ones, and they seem no softer for that matter. But individual bolts can fail, I had a £30 Honda Racing bolt snap under about 5nm when the operating torque was 40nm frinstance, just a metal flaw. I'm not sure if titanium is more or less likely to have this, but superstar's small product runs and bespoke bolts certainly will be harder to QC than a mass production M6 bolt or whatever.
