set back seat posts

hi folks
quick question would a 35 mm set back seat post gain me the
7 cm required from handlebar stem to front of saddle my bike set up is good apart
from this measurement

    Also depends on what saddle you've got and how much adjustment is on the rails
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    Your saddle position should be the base at which all the other measurements are taken from. Setup the saddle height and setback that suits you best and adjust handlebar reach by using a different length/height stem not by moving the saddle forward or rearward.
