Anyone went through this route with Halfords, just wondering how long it takes to get your LOC so i can go pick up my bike, went for a carbon Boardman bike, the stores has reseved it nearly 2 weeks ago for me still yet to receive the LOC.

    mine came through in a week or so. they're pretty swift. maybe your workplace is where the delay lies?

    Yep, our useless HR held things up - halfords sorted their end out pretty quickly.

    just spoke to our hr takes 2-3 weeks for all paperwork to be done then they send out the LOC, 2-3 weeks!!!!
