London-based Bike Shops - after a Camelbak/Rucksack

II really want to get a rucksack or Camelbak (depending on the size) but I dont really know of any decent cycle shops in and around London that will have a large stock on display. I'm not sure what I want yet but would like to see a collection of them and make a considered choice rather than buying online.
I popped into Evans Cycles at London Bridge on Friday night and they only had 2 types of Camelbak on display and I walked away disappointed.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm based in Mile End and commute in via London Bridge and Cannon St so anywhere nearby suggestions would be great!

there are 2 cyclesurgeys .... the larger one is in Strype Street http://www.cyclesurgery.com/Article/92/store-spitalfields.html Cotswold is next door to that
i was given a tip ( bikeradar) to buy one larger in capacity and not fill it completly so the bag moulds around your back !
