How do you change out Grip shift gear shifters to normal 1s

Need to swap out a pair of Grip Shift gear shifters to normal ones on my GFs MTB.

Anyone know how to do this?

Any good advice is most welcome.

Unbolt them, and where the cable attatches, remove, bolt new ones on to bar, put cables through and adjust gears!

What gear set do you currently have?
