Bike fit and back pain

I've been cycling for about a year - my bike's a Specialised Allez 27.
I was never properly measured up and fitted when I bought it (I know, silly mistake), and I get minor back pain on long rides (2 hours plus). I know this could be poor posture, but it would give me more confidence to get checked out - then I could look again at seat position, stem length etc.
I don't want to buy a new bike, nor spend £210 on cyclefit. Any suggestions?

Fatbirds don't fly offer a fitting service for £80. Never used it myself tho, so can't comment on how effective it is. You'll probably find most decent bikes shops will offer fittings at a similar price (for existing bikes that is, normally free if you're buying a new one)0

Thanks - I can live with £80.
Any recommendations in SW London? Mend-a-bike are nearby, are they any good?0 -
Check your posture out here first, it might save you a few quid.

Sigma in Hampton quote £120 for their fitting service.; just think of it as paying for 2 trips to the chiropractor.0
