Hi,

I have just ordered a SRAM Force GXP compact chainset. I am removing a Shimano Sora Triple (HollowTech II).

I presume I need the Shimano (or similar) 16 tooth wrench to remove the bottom bracket and the crank install tool to take the Sora chainset off.

Will I need any special tools for installing the new SRAM cranks and bottom bracket?

Also does anyone have any tricks of the trade (always good to learn from other experience before starting a job).

Thanks.

I recently fitted a Sram red c/set and I just used the toothed spanner for the cups, and an allen key for the NDS crank arm.
