I hate hayfever, but I love summer.

It might be bloody warm at times but the dry, fast trails and the long evenings are brilliant!

+1 for hayfever. Wake up in the morning, take 1x Asda "One a Day" hayfever tablet and two squirts up each nostril of Beconase = Sorted

No hayfever but I'm very prone to heatstroke. No foreign holidays for me!!

Beconase used to do the job for me. Ive grown out of hayfever now though, used to be horrible though scratching at my eyes got really annoying at points.

I've tried beconase but to be honest none of the so called allergy tabs do anything for me,every year i suffer less though.

I don't suffer from hayfever as such but I do sneeze a lot more in the summer. The way I've got around this is to smear the inside of my nostrils with vaseline, not 100% foolproof but does improve the situation.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

The nasal sprays never seem to work for me either. I have been using the Lloyds Pharmacy one-a-day tablets this year and they do a crackin job. I did forget to take one on Monday though, which meant that I felt like crap all day yesterday because I find that they take 24hrs to get into your system and start working
