Tora air pressure?

I am in the process of changing back to my trusty Tora 302 Solo Air forks from Tora U-Turn (too soft for me) but am curious as to the pressure for my weight. The SRAM website states 160psi for a rider of 90kg (160psi is also the highest pressure stated) but I am nearer 100kg so am no lightweight.

Can I increase the pressure?

Is obtaining a firmer/stiffer spring for the U-Turns a better option?

Is it worth considering a different fork altogether?

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

I have put a lot more air into my Fox F120RL on my Stumpy and this suits me much better.

you set the pressure to whatever you need to give the sag you want.

forget the given numbers as there are many variables. as they are only a starting guide.

I'm running a Tora 318 100mm air and the recommended pressure was about 140psi for my weight (80kg). To actually get the sag right for my bike and me I've now got it set at about 110-120psi. Made a world of difference in performance..

After a bit of experimentation I settled on a pressure 20-30 psi lower than recommended. This makes the fork compliant but it needs another 10 psi or so to stop it blowing through its travel on bigger stuff YMMV.
