Help in choosing first road bike

Hello,
After scouring various forums, classifieds and ebay for the last few weeks I am almost at the stage of actually shelling out some cash.
I think my choice comes down to the following 2 options, a GT ZR 3.0 and a Giant SCR 3.0
Both have been upgraded from standard to one degree or another, and the spec of each, to the best I know is below
Any advice on which to go for, pros cons etc would be great. I am 5.11 tall
GT - £350

54cm allu frame with carbon fork, standard bars and seat post
Dura ace gears, Ultegra cranks and 105 callipers. Ultegra cassette (less than 100 miles)
Campagnolo wheels ( not sure of model but aparently cost £400 a few years ago)
Giant - £300

9.3kg 56cm 6061 alux frame with semi-compact geometry
Carbon bladed forks with alloy steerer, integrated headset, oversized Prolite handlebars/FSA 100mm stem.
Sora 8 speed gearset, BBB cassette kmc Z9000 chain. Race face cadence 39/53 non compact double or Tiagra 4500 38/50 compact chainset supplied with hollowtech BB. (both 175mm crank length)
Sigma 1200 rear wheel sensor computer included
Uprated wheels, rear whr 500 & front Campag Vento 20. Bontrager race x folding tyres
