    depends. If I'm buying from my local chippy, I go sausage as they're way better than their bacon, but if i've bought the bacon from the market which is as thick as gammon, that.

    Bacon,sausage and egg, with brown sauce on top (not touching egg) and red sauce on bottom. Egg yolk fuses with melted butter and red sause yumm yumm!

    For any spice lovers out there - try my fave version.

    Couple of slices of your fave bread
    loads of really thick, good quality smoked bacon - about 8 slices
    loads of blackened cajun spices on the bacon (get the schwartz catering pack for about £3 or use about half a bottle of the regular consumer bottles at about £2)
    loads of brown sauce

    nice mug of tea or bottle of ice cold irn bru if you've a hangover or needing a helll of a good wake up fix!
