Hi All,
I need to get a couple of new Jockey Wheels but should i get the same spec(105group)
or or up grade.
Also is there a reason that they are not metal? if not are these any good?

Sometimes the jockey wheels get gouged by th chain, if your chain comes off or you've just fitted the rear wheel. The plastic can bend and scratch and doesn't damage anything. This is probably why they are usually plastic.... and no idea ...
