    Hmm. Maybe an off day for them? I don't use them often but we needed a handlebar end cap for my wife's bike and popped in there, they gave it to us free of charge and with a smile. I've bought a few nits there from time to time and always found them very pleasant (if not exactly cheap!)

    The service at Geoff Butlers is far better. At GB's they are down to earth and extremely helpful. Also their bike mechanic is a top bloke!
