There's a couple of bikes I quite fancy, and by that I mean within my price range of up to £350, that have this fork.
My question is are they any good compared to say the RST GILA 100 mm which is on an Orbea Dakar I also like the look of?

No unfortunately not but the bike is Saracen Mantra DX 09 .
There's also the 100mm XCM's on the Carrera Vulcan which I'm also looking at.0 -
Have you a link to the Saracen?
The Vulcan disk has a damped and adjustable fork.
The Saracen is a heavier duty bike.0 -

I think the RST has better seals, look similar as mine on the Dart, while on the XCM they
look like a crappy piece of rubber. But they perform equally, and I think the standard
spring is softer on the XCM.0
