Cold Feet

Does anyone suffer cold feet this time of the year when i'm out on my bike and do 40-70 miles my feet are realy cold.Why and is there a cure.

    Poor circulation? Cleat position wrong?
    Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos

    Hmm, not so much at this time of year I must admit. Are you sweating lots and then cooling down afterwards? Straps too tight cutting off circulation?

    Try cycling overshoes.

    If your shoes have a vent in the sole, try some insulation tape to close it off.

    I only got this in much cooler/wetter weather, definitely not this time of year. Vents or circulation sounds along the right theory.
