Hi all,
Had my Aggressor XC1 for around a month now and I want to keep it in tip-top working order,so, I have a couple of questions.
Firstly I have seen somewhere that it is beneficial to put oil/lube around the seals of the forks to keep them smooth, is this correct? And if so what oil/lube should I be using?
Secondly, when I pick up speed two things happen.....the front disc starts to scrape on the pad, the wheel is totally free with no rub at all when i spin it and no noise at all at low speed. This also happens when i turn into a corner at speed or quickly.
Thirdly, this may be linked, the fork has a bolt thru axle. How tight does this need to be. I currently have it as tight as i think before i may crush the bearings!! Do i go tighter or stay as it is?!?!?!
Lastly the rear pad is catching slighlty on the disc and making a horrible squealing noise when I brake either softly or hard. How do I adjust these?
They are avid juicy 3's by the way.
Your help will be much appreciated!!! Cant you tell i'm a newbie!!
cheers

1 turn the fork upside-down occasionally.
2 sounds normal but tight you will not crush them.
3 have a look in the FAQs but Avids can be squeaky."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
