Well, i really want to move out to Canada when i'm a bit older, i am not quite 18 yet but am hoping to join the police and then apply to the canadian police. Could anybody please tell me how hard/tricky/complicated it is

Canada is pretty picky about immigration, I believe you have to demonstrate that you have skills not available in the local area in order to gain a work permit.

As you're only just starting out in life you may find it tricky to get started with no family support within a few thousand miles.

From my recent, temporary, move to the USA for work I can say that it really helps to have someone friendly in the local area to help arrange accommodation etc and to fill you in on how things work. Oh, and having a decent amount of savings helps too, it could be a while until you get paid and you'll have a lot of stuff to pay for.

they do point system there too. the easiest way is to have a job offered from one of the company over there and they would be sort out the work permit and stuff for you. as GHill said the company will need to prove that there is no other local people can do the same job.
