Having missed Bike Radar Live I wonder if there are any other options available to test ride a selection of bikes?

I'm looking for a new full susser, and want to try a good few of them out.

Cheers,

Greg

Get a Lapierre Spicy, Commencal Meta, Specialized Enduro or Pitch, or Orange Alpine or 5...

Thats what everyone else seems to get!!

Seriously though, what are you looking at? Rutland cycles have a good number of demo bikes, and the Specialized Concept stores have demo bikes too. Ring around you LBS's and ask if they got anything in stock you can try, or preferbly a demo bike!

I'm looking to demo Giant Anthem and/or Trance, and Spec FSR XC Pro....

Problem is most LBSs close to me don't stock both brands, so I'd end up paying 2 shops to demo the bikes.

    Cheers,

So how much you looking to spend, and WHERE ARE YOU!!!

We can't tell you, if we don't know!!!:wink:

If you're spending ALOT of your money on a bike, then you want it to be good, right? Reviews can only tell you so much. If you have to pay twice to demo the bikes, odds are that the bike shop you buy, will refund what you paid to demo the bike to store credit, or just knock however much off the bike when you buy it.

Oops! Thought I'd edited my profile!

I'm in North Leeds, looking to spend about a grand....

Yes most places will refund/credit against a purchase but if I have to goto 3 shops to demo 3 makes, then I will pay 3 times, and only get the credit vs the 1 shop I actually buy at, hence the question if there are any 'mass' demo events planned.....

    cheers,
