Please help me buy a bike tomorrow by choosing one and why, please keep in mind if one is cheaper and not worth spending the extra for another let me know please. Looking for a decent speedy xc bike but could do some red downhill run, nothing to severe. Did look at jump bikes but guess there really to heavy for lots of xc.

The Commencal looks good for the price. Tora fork and Juicy 3 brakes. Why has my sig been removed by the admins???0

Been reading some bad stuff about the Dart 3's so presume not a good idea, even saw someone wrote that after a 2foot drop the coil actually popped out lol.0

The Dart 3 isnt that bad...Ive got one on my Boardman.
From what Ive read its much better than the Dart 1 and 2.
But then again, I hope my coil doesnt fly out!
Be aware that sometimes people are economical with the truth, and may have severly mis-treated their bike.
The Commencal looks a good buy, enjoy it!Why has my sig been removed by the admins???0 -
from my experience the Juicy 3's aren't great, never got on with them myself, let me know your experience, but i found them a little weak, especially on 160mm rotors.
Not dissing your new bike cos it looks very nice, just curious on how someone else gets on with the brakes0 -
Well for myself they are a bigger upgrade to previous bikes i've owned, but no doubt i'll give them a run for their money and let you know. If they ain't that great there's always upgrades, I'd prefer people to be honest, well glad i got some Recon's in the package and i must admit pretty fond of the frame on the Commencal.0
