Hello peabrain, they rent mtb at delemere forest, it's on the left just before you get to the visitors centre, not sure how much but have seen plenty out on them
ahh delamere, nice place, ill be going on monday , love that place.
there is a nice hill just after you pass visitors center , think its claled rose hill. good winding climb. big antenna at top and if you take aa left you pass a bench and there is a nice downhill bit that takes you to the car park.

can pick up a nice speed.
Yeah is very nice! Im going tomorrow morning. Last time I went I did the long trail 3 times, and then went into the forest and went up and down a few slippy slidey slopes. Great fun!
I'm working around there next week and am toying with the idea of taking the bike. What sort of riding is there in Delemere?
There are 2 designated cycling routes, one is 4 miles the other is 7 miles (white marker posts). Fire roads and bumpy paths. Some nice little climbs, decents. Nothing very severe. Longer route goes around the lake. Very nice ride. I venture off the route and go into the forest a bit. Some good muddy or sandy slopes, depending on the weather.
Like I said, its all quite easy, but it is a very nice place to ride. Just watch out when you have to cross the main road to get to the other side of the forest...People drive pretty quick along there!
oh, I forgot to say that there is a skills area too. Got some jumps and some northshore stuff too apparently. Its near the furthest point away from the visitor centre. Not been there myself, but will try and have a look tomorrow to see if anyone is on there. Would be interested to see, but probably wont participate lol
