I was looking for some new kit last week and after doing a search I decided to go with PBK as everyone seems to have had a good experience with them.

However, I ordered some stuff from them last Tuesday (2nd) and I am still waiting for it. I have called up and they have just said "Oh, Royal Mail tells us it can take 5-7 days and you should have it for the weekend" - what sort of response is this? In case they can't count, that's 8 working days or 10 days in total!! :x

They post everything 1st class so why the h3ll does it take so long!!

Sorry..gripe over!! I was just wondering if anyone else had experienced bad customer service? :?

No never had bad service from PBK but it might not be their fault! Royal Mail can be notoriously slow at times, 1st Class is not what it used to be ...

I get the majority of my kit from PBK and their service is always excellent. TBH - items from them tend to turn up quicker than items ordered from both Wiggle and Ribble. You may just be the victim of poor service on Royal Mails part :(

Although thats no real consolation when you're waiting for new kit!

    Hope it arrives soon!

Every order i have made with wiggle is always next day or day after and that is with their free delivery. I collect from ribble so i can't comment there.

I order quite a bit of stuff from PBK, and the delivery times are a bit of a lottery. Some stuff arrives next day, other times it takes a week.

I've ordered a fair bit from them, always arrived quickly and at good prices. They seem to know their stuff, still not sure about the electric dura ace they're doing though :?

Why haven't you asked for a refund? Or asked your credit card company to claim it back (assuming you paid by CC)?

I bought a replica jersey from them, the thing never arrived so e-mailed them, told me I had to wait 21 working days before they would either send another or refund. Told them that was crap customer service, waited the 21 days and told them to refund and I took my business elsewhere.

The prices for stuff are competitive and am sure most of the time people don't have an issue but from my experience there customer service sucks.

Because they claim that they are having trouble getting it from their supplier. Other suppliers seems to concur that this part is not hugely available, so I do beleive they are having difficulty supplying it. Phoned them yesterday and got told that it would be another week. If this doesn';t turn out then it'll be refund time. Generally crap though so really won't ever use them again.

Yeah, I had a bloody nightmare with them - item turned up eventually but took months. I rate PBK very highly though; never had any trouble with them at all.

What do you mean, do you mean they don't know much about the Di2 groupset or their price of it?

They've always been very helpful with me, and genuinely interested which I find refreshing. Its more the cost, but also whether i need it.

I think my thoughts may change on pay day though!
