hate asking this, but going to upgrade my forks, what would you lot go for? ( currant forks are XCR)
Recon SL
or the Marzocchi MX Pro Remote LO ? (09)
i ride trails ( Llandegla and such like) going to get these in about 2 weeks time
also i have seen the Rockshox Reba SL 09, classed as XC forks, would they be stiff enough? for "normal" riding ( i like the fact they are light, too light?)
thanks!

Recon SL. Would suit a Aspect and trail riding perfectly.
I'd rather have a Tora race though... or this:

EDIT: I'd take a Reba over them all!0

mmm recon sl is good ££ at merin
cant wait to get some better forks! going to get a shorter stem, just to move the weight back a bit
to make things a bit harder i like the u turn 318,? with 3 travel settings, bit heavy tho
got to make my mind up by the 25th!Giant Trance X0 (08) Reverb, Hope Hoops 5.1D, XT brakes, RQ BC, Works Components headset 1.50 -
Thing is with the Reba (and Recon and Tora race rather than SL, and 318 versions) is that they have the Motion Control damper which really lifts things to the next level.0

the Reba SL seems good, but its very light, worry that it flexs? i have no idea just how stiff the rebas are, compared my currant forks, should i not worry?

In terms of stiffness, Reba is stiff for what it is. Recon is a little stiffer, and Tora stiffer than them all.0

ah! thanks, that helps so much!

Which is better? Theres only one way to find out....................
........FIGHTSpeciallized Allez 09...great bike shame about the wheels!!0 -
rebas all the way! my rebas surprised me at how stiff they are when you take into account their weight. and mine are 08's and the 09's are apparently a lot stiffer, especially ewith the bolt thoriugh axle.I said hit the brakes not the tree!!

I'd take the new sids, really not flexy and soooo well controlled.
Went from tora 318 coil u-turn and the sids are roughly half the weight.0 -
have you looked at the recon race??0
